This page contains the details for sponsors regarding the media files SHPE San Diego will require for the Annual Scholarship and Awards Banquet. Please review this page and pay special attention to the deadlines, submission instructions, and formats required.
Banquet Program Advertisement Details
Please email the following multimedia files to [email protected] by 5 PM on 4/27/2021 to be included in all 39th Annual Scholarship and Awards Banquet printed material:
- Sponsor’s name to be used in banquet program and slides
- Sponsor’s logo in vector graphic format (SVG or EPS file extension preferred)
- If vector graphic format not available, then JPEG format is acceptable but should be at 300 DPI for a 5.5 inch print size
- Program advertisement depending on the sponsorship level in PDF or JPEG format.
Please use the following to determine which advertisement size to provide for the banquet:
- Platinum and Gold Level
- Full page (8.5 inches high by 5.5 inches wide print size)
- Silver and Bronze Level
- half page (4.25 inches high by 5.5 inches wide print size)
Banquet Video Details
Please use the following to determine how many videos to provide for the banquet:
- Platinum Level
- 60 seconds of video – Provide either One 60 second video or two 30 second videos
- Gold Level
- One 30 second video
Please provide the videos in the following format:
- MP4 file format preferred but MOV, AVI, and MPG is acceptable
- Preferred resolution is 1280×720
Please submit your company’s video(s) by 5 PM on 5-2-2016 preferably by sharing a download link but as an email attachment is also acceptable.
