About Guest Speaker Linda Sierra:
Linda Sierra is an Executive Director with Toft Group, an executive level biotechnology and life sciences search firm. Linda is an accomplished recruiter and human resources professional, having placed hundreds of candidates, spending 18 years in biotechnology in San Diego and San Francisco and the last 6 years as an executive recruiter. Linda has more than 5,500 LinkedIn connections and is considered a social media networking expert. She has an HR Certificate from UCSD Extension, is married, has a daughter attending USC, a son in high school and was born in Heidelberg, Germany. Linda is involved in her community through MANA de San Diego, Women for Social Impact and Biocom’s San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering.
