Victor M. Guzman On Wednesday, February 26th, Qualcomm Incorporated is hosting our February general body meeting and our first Professional Development Session of the year at their Sorrento Valley facilities. Qualcomm will be presenting a company overview and their career opportunities.
Guest speaker and financial planner Luis Saucedo will be presenting a Finance 101 educational session. Luis’s presentation will have time for Q&A from the group. Topics that may interest you include: savings strategies for retirement, 401K, stock market investment, IRAs, and the related tax implications of a higher income.
The Financial Education Session is targeted towards graduating seniors and professionals (you do not need to be a SHPE member to attend).
